Set aside 5 minutes and get comfy.
The aim of the game is to slow down and soak up the sound of the rain. As your thoughts come and go, return them to the patter of the rain as best you can. You can also close your eyes or keep a soft downward gaze to tune into sounds alone.
You will notice (it's completely normal!) that your mind wanders. The trick is not to beat yourself up about it, but rather, try to catch your thoughts and nudge your thoughts back to your next breath or the next sound in your meditation. Enjoy!
